Spanish furniture brand Andreu World nabbed three awards for their striking chairs at The Best of NeoCon 2011 awards.
Contract furnishings competition NeoCon was held this year at The Merchandise Mart in Chicago. A total of 325 products competed in 40 categories and Andreu World walked away with three of the prizes. The company is known for their cutting-edge contemporary design, and their Sail chair, Sit chair and Nub collections are proving why.
The Sail collection by Piergiorgio and Michele Cazzaniga won gold for Best Stacking Chair, Sit by Lievore Altherr Molina claimed another gold for Best Guest Chair, while the Nub collection by Patricia Urquiola won the Best of NeoCon People’s Choice in the sofas and lounge category. This award is voted for by the general public via the web, and proves not only Patricia’s following worldwide but the high regard in which the public holds Andreu World too.
